How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from the United States within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-5 calendar days after shipping within the United States and 5-8 calendar days after shipping for international orders. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship from the United States to international addresses, and shipping is free on international orders too. Delivery typically takes 5-8 calendar days after shipping.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@miafu.com. We can usually make changes only before an order has shipped.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with tags. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, in which case we cover reasonable return shipping.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email support@miafu.com with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
